Score Group — Offshore Gas Turbine Failure

On a North Sea offshore platform, an unexplained gas turbine kept tripping offline. High ambient noise levels and limited safe access to the enclosure made conventional detection tools ineffective.

Score Group, a global emissions mitigation company, deployed the Distran Ultra Pro. In a single survey session, three distinct air leaks around the bellows pipes were clearly identified — visible through the live acoustic image despite the turbine's background roar.
