Ultra Pro Max: High-performance leak detection, built for real industrial conditions
Detect gas leaks quickly and reliably, even in complex and noisy environments, while remaining easy to deploy across inspection teams.

Find leaks where traditional methods fall short
With traditional detection methods, inspections rely on access and assumptions. As a result, leaks are often missed in unexpected or hard-to-reach areas. With Ultra Pro Max, leaks are detected directly, without guesswork.

At height, without scaffolding

Behind pipes and in congested areas

Under structures such as metal grating

Designed for real industrial environments
Inspect reliably and at high speed with 180° field of view
Ultra Pro Max combines a 180° acoustic field of view with a >150° optical angle. Operators inspect large, complex areas from a single vantage point, including leaks off to the side that a narrower camera would miss entirely.
A 4× optical zoom lets operators confirm a leak from a safe distance without moving closer to the source.
Maintain detection performance in noisy industrial environments
Industrial plants are rarely quiet. Compressors, turbines, steam, and process equipment generate intense ultrasonic background noise that can mask smaller leaks. Ultra Pro Max is designed for these real-world conditions, combining DeepRange processing and advanced acoustic imaging to help operators detect faint leak signals even in noisy and congested environments.

From detection to evidence-backed decisions
Quantify leaks directly during inspection
Ultra Pro Max estimates leak rates in real time directly during inspections. The estimation models are based on years of experimental measurements and acoustic modeling across a wide range of gases, pressures, distances, and leak conditions, helping operators prioritize maintenance actions and emissions reduction efforts with greater confidence.

The Distran camera detects and quantifies in real time a gas leak on an industrial pipeline, displaying an acoustic overlay with a 80 L/h leak rate.
Move from leak detection to controlled inspection processes
Detection performance in industrial environments depends on factors such as background noise, inspection distance, and operator practices. Detection Confidence Level (DCL) helps operators assess whether inspection conditions are sufficient to reliably detect leaks above a defined threshold.

The detection confidence level gauge gives the operator a clear and real time indication of the camera sensitivity in relation to a target leak rate. The threshold can be freely adjusted to match limits set by regulators or practical needs.
By combining live acoustic condition analysis with user-defined inspection parameters, Ultra Pro Max provides immediate feedback during inspections and helps organizations implement more repeatable, traceable, and evidence-backed leak detection workflows.
This is particularly valuable for companies operating under internal inspection procedures, emissions monitoring programs, or regulatory compliance requirements.
Integrate leak inspection data into your existing workflows
Ultra Pro Max helps teams document, organize, and share inspection findings directly after field inspections. Generate reports with annotated images, videos, and quantified leak data, and export findings in standard formats such as Excel and CSV for further analysis and reporting workflows.
APIs also enable integration with existing maintenance, emissions management, or CMMS systems.
